The Grand Prix Masters were back in action in the scorching summer heat yesterday on PR duties. Emerson Fittipaldi, Nigel Mansell and Riccardo Patrese were joined by Maxi Jazz (Fathless) and Georgie Thompson (Sky TV) at Silverstone’s Northampton circuit.
Nigel Mansell was in charge of the 2 Seater action showing Maxi and Georgie how things are done whilst Fittipaldi and Patrese were showing everyone how to drive a race car in style. Virgin Radio and the BBC where in attendance in addition to The Telegraph who have a special feature planned for this Saturday's edition.
The event followed a similar event held at London City Airport earlier in the week where Nigel Mansell smashed the Record for the highest speed achieved in London with a speed of 193.6mph smashing the previous record of 175.7mph.
